We vacuum seal everything and include a letter explaining that the contents of the package are Farm Bill compliant, containing <0.3% ∆9-THC. We're in this for the long run, not for the easy money. We're licensed by the Texas DSHS (Consumable Hemp Program). We operate in full accordance with all current federal/state laws and we continue to stay up to date on hemp legislation.​

As a state-licensed hemp producer and retailer, we provide strictly A1-tier, hand-trimmed indoor strains, free of chemical pesticides and PGRs, laboratory-examined for fungi (mold, powdery mildew, fusarium, aspergillus, botrytis/bud rot), spider mites, and other pests. This is a medical-grade* product grown with organic-based nutrients, not something artificial. We do this because we believe in the benefits of using our products. Being true health & wellness enthusiasts, we’re picky about what we put into our bodies, and we don't sell anything that we wouldn't personally consume or allow our own family members to consume. All in-state orders will have Texas sales tax of 8.25% applied to the subtotal. Out-of-state orders are not subject to sales tax. We ship nationwide for a postage fee of $13. Orders over $200 will include free Priority mailing. Boxes are usually packed by end of the same day they are placed or the following day, and will be sent out the by next business day. We will ship on Saturdays when possible to make it to the post office in time, but mail orders placed Friday or over the weekend are usually fulfilled on the following Monday. We use USPS, and you'll always get a tracking number. ​​

Wholesale pricing is available for most items. If we don't carry a hemp product that you're seeking, we can probably get it for you. You must be at least 21 years old to buy hemp cannabis. If it's your first time shopping with us, you will need to verify your age with your driver's license or other valid government-issued identification via email before we can ship/deliver; otherwise, the order will be canceled and refunded. If the web-host system mistakenly allows you to place an order under the $75 minimum subtotal, your order will be canceled and refunded.​
