RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
This Return Policy is part of our Terms of Use and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms of Use.
Please carefully review our Return Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service within 7 days of receiving delivery of your order. We will review requests for returns/refunds, replacements, or exchanges for store credit on an individual basis to determine if the product is eligible. We will respond to your request within 15 days of receiving it and offer a solution based on information you provide us.

Returns
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by customer service. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the email address or phone number below to receive a prepaid return label or to arrange a refund/exchange at our expense. We may request photographic evidence or other proof that the product is faulty.
Refunds / Replacements / Store Credit
After receiving your return, we will inspect the condition of the product(s), then process your return/exchange. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $300.00. Items can only be returned for a full refund/credit or exchanged for products of equivalent dollar value if the customer has determined with valid third party testing or obvious photographic evidence of products that were contaminated or not consistent with the quality standards described on the website.
Please Note:
Allow up to 30 days from our receipt of your returned products for your refund or credits to be processed, or for your replacement product(s) to be shipped if applicable.
